Do you sell crimp contact extraction tool for CD series?
There is no special crimp contact extraction tool for CD series (D sub connector).
(1) How to extract crimp contact
Insert a board into the lance-fixed-hole of housing about 1mm as shown in Fig.1
and extract the contact by pulling wire.
Recommended board dimension is 1.1*0.5mm
(2) How to raise up a lance
In case the extracted contact is installed again in the housing,
please raise up the contact lance as shown in Fig. 2
and insert it to the housing.
Recommended lance height is 0.5-0.8mm.
